What muscle strength does fighting need?
Inferred from physical knowledge, muscle strength has nothing to do with speed. Strength determines the resultant force of muscles, and speed depends on the acceleration of muscle contraction, that is, explosive force, so the more muscles, the greater the strength. For example, bodybuilders have great strength, but their speed quality is much worse than that of a fighter. Muscles with strength but no speed like bodybuilders are generally dead muscles in the eyes of boxers.

So fighting is mainly based on explosive force and muscle coordination, and the training methods are as follows:

1. Hot training

Always remember that success comes from sweat, and so does the training of fighting muscles. The more you sweat, the more fat you can get rid of, and fat can't produce strength in muscles, it will only increase the overall weight, which is an excess load. Remove excess fat, and your muscles will have clear lines and become explosive.

2. Anaerobic training

It is the best way to increase the proportion of fast-contracting muscles. The main operation is simple. It is efficient to carry out high-frequency speed training in a short time of about one minute. You'd better stop training if you see your speed drop obviously in a short time. After training, your muscles are sore, indicating that the training has been effective.

3. Keep training without interruption.

There is a saying in traditional martial arts that "one day's work is off, ten days' work is off", because if you stop training for a period of time, your muscles will partially contract, leading to "overnutrition" and increasing fat. Therefore, although training does not need to be arranged every day, it must not be violent and cold.
