How to eat matcha peas at will
1. Mix low-gluten flour, wheat starch and matcha powder, stir them evenly with chopsticks, and then pour them into a large pot.
2. Put the sugar, butter and egg yolk together and stir gently.
3. Then pour step 2 into step 1, add milk, stir with a spatula, and knead into balls.
4. Then put it on the chopping board, roll it flat with a rolling pin until you are thick enough, cut it into long strips with a knife, and then cut it into small pieces.
5. The shape is as shown below, and then put it in a baking tray.
6. Preheat the oven to 155. It took me about five minutes, and then I put the baking tray in and baked it for about 20 minutes.
7. When the time is up, take out the baking tray with gloves, let it cool and put it in a sealed box.
8. Hey, matcha peas will do.
