2. Time and method of payment:

Article 7 Matters that need to be fulfilled at the expiration of the term of use of graves:
First, the ownership of cemetery land belongs to the state according to law. Party A shall carry out cemetery business activities according to law to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of Party B during the contract period.
Second, the service life of the cemetery: the service life of each period is _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. If Party B needs to continue to use the tomb after the expiration of the use period, it must sign a contract with Party A for the renewal of the cemetery tomb, and only pay the management and maintenance fee.

Article 8 Party A's responsibilities

Article 11 When Party B requests to move the user's ashes, it shall notify Party A in writing, and the buyer shall go through the relevant formalities and bear the expenses. After Party B moves the ashes, it will give up the right to use the tomb, and this contract will be completely terminated.
Article 12 If the tomb is damaged or the ashes are lost due to force majeure, or the monument is discolored or damaged due to natural weathering or resin dripping, Party A may notify Party B in time through newspaper announcement, writing or telephone, and take effective measures to minimize the loss.
