I live about one kilometer from the sea. The far sea is the Pacific Ocean, and the waves are rolling and endless. There is a wide white beach by the sea, with fine and soft sand, which is a good place for people to swim, surf and bask in the sun. From the map of Gaud, this place is called Broad Beach, which should be a tourist attraction. People who look like tourists often come here in groups.
There is a long sand forest near the beach, about six or seven meters wide, which separates the beach from the city. Next to the windbreak forest is a relatively wide park with lawns and pine forests, which is a place for people to exercise. There are pavilions for people to relax, drinking water, barbecue tables for heating food, picnic tables and stools, and shower facilities for washing seawater.
I play Tai Ji Chuan on the lawn next to the windbreak every morning. Every day, after stretching your muscles and pulling out your bones, practice Ba Duan Jin or Shaolin to increase your strength, and then play the old frame one way, the new frame one way or the essence 18 style, the five-stage single training routine and the old frame two way again.
My boxing is accompanied by the sound of waves and birds singing. Every morning, the sound of the waves is as loud as a train passing through a steel bridge, and sometimes the water mist aroused by the waves will cover the whole beach. There are many colorful parrots with green backs and red bellies that we can only see in the zoo in China. Every morning, parrots jump around the tree and twitter. I practice Tai Chi with the accompaniment of this natural sound.
So write a poem to remember it:
Exercise at the seaside in the morning, and the sea fog rises like a smoke cage.
Stretch your muscles, practice Tai Chi, the sound of waves and birds singing.
