How did you start to lose weight?
Instead of losing weight, I gained weight. My situation is as follows: height 164cm, 55kg in my freshman year. I insisted on eating breakfast and dinner for a semester. Eat two dishes at noon every day and two or three fruits every day. After eating meat, I got up early and went to bed late. By the end of the semester, my weight was already 63 Jin. During this period, I bought weighing scale and measured my weight at any time. It can be seen that it is growing steadily. Looking at myself getting fatter and fatter in front of the mirror, I thought about losing weight seriously one month before the holiday and controlling my food intake and sleep time. Later, I compromised and bought a lot of snacks under the promotion of Tmall Supermarket. Finally began to lose weight seriously after the holiday. Usually, I go to the gym without exercising. I ran on the treadmill for an hour for the first time and went back. I ate a lot. Later, I learned that to lose weight, I need to exercise my muscles, so I started to touch the equipment and exercise my muscles. I still ate a lot. After a week, I weighed 65kg, but I looked much better than when I was 63 years old (probably psychologically) and went home. Knowing that I should eat less even if I exercise muscles to lose weight, I bought a food scale, weighed it before eating, and calculated the calories. My family said it was useless for you to use that scale. The key is to exercise more and eat well. When I eat, I always ask if I still drink porridge or eat that. I have no determination. I have a family atmosphere. Later, I really ate too much and didn't bother to weigh it. Now the glorious 66kg, worried about what to do when school starts.
