Automatic biochemical analyzer (ACA): biochemical analyzer: an instrument used to detect and analyze biochemical substances, which provides information basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and health status.

Optical system: it is the key part of ACA. The old ACA system used tungsten halogen lamp, lens, color filter and photovoltaic module. The optical part of the new ACA system has been greatly improved. The beam splitting system of ACA can be divided into front beam splitting and rear beam splitting due to different light levels. Advanced optical components use a set of lenses between the light source and the cuvette, and the light projected by the original light source lamp is changed into the speed of light through the cuvette (different from the traditional wedge beam), so that even if the cuvette is smaller, the spot beam can pass through. Compared with the traditional method, it can save 40-60% reagent consumption. After passing through the cuvette, the spot beam is reduced to the original beam by this set of reducing lenses (wide aberration correction system) and divided into several fixed wavelengths (about 10 wavelength) by grating. The optical/digital signal direct conversion technology is adopted, that is, the optical signal in the optical path is directly converted into a digital signal. The interference of electromagnetic waves to signals and the attenuation during signal transmission are completely eliminated. At the same time, optical fiber is used in the signal transmission process, so that the signal is not attenuated and the test accuracy is improved by nearly 100 times. The closed combination of optical path system makes the optical path need no maintenance, accurate beam splitting and long service life.

Constant temperature system: Because the temperature has a great influence on the reaction results during biochemical reaction, the sensitivity and accuracy of constant temperature system directly affect the measurement results. Early biochemical instruments used air bath method, and later developed into dry bath with constant temperature liquid circulation and indirect heating, which combined the advantages of dry air bath and water bath. Its principle is to design a constant temperature tank around the colorimetric cup and add a stable constant temperature liquid, which is odorless, pollution-free, non-evaporating and non-deteriorating. Constant temperature liquid has large capacity, good thermal stability and uniformity. The cuvette is not in direct contact with constant temperature liquid, which overcomes the characteristics of easy pollution of constant temperature in water bath and uneven and unstable air bath.

Sample reaction stirring technology and probe technology: traditional reaction stirring technology adopts magnetic beads and eddy current stirring. At present, the popular mixing technology is a mixing unit composed of several groups of mixing rods, which imitates the manual cleaning process. When the first set of stirring rods stirs the sample/reagent or mixed solution, the second set of stirring rods simultaneously performs high-speed and efficient cleaning, and the third set of stirring rods simultaneously performs warm water cleaning and air drying. In the design of a single stirring rod, a new type of spiral high-speed rotation stirring is adopted, and the rotation direction is opposite to the spiral direction, which increases the stirring intensity, prevents the stirring liquid from foaming and reduces the light scattering of microbubbles. Both the reagent and the sample probe are based on the early capacitive sensing principle, but they are slightly improved, adding the alarm of blood clots and protein clots. According to the retest results of alarm level, the sampling error is reduced and the reliability of test results is improved. The detection times of large-scale biochemical instruments are above 1000 per hour, so it is very important to automatically recheck them. Subjective evaluation and manual re-examination of test results can no longer meet the clinical needs.

Other aspects: barcode identification and computer login of reagents and samples. Due to the lack of bar code recognition function, early biochemical instruments have more chances of making mistakes. In recent years, both imported and domestic biochemical instruments have adopted bar code detection. The application of this technology in biochemical instruments provides technical support for the development of high-speed ACA, and also makes the instrument quite supportive. Software development is simple and easy, so bar code detection is the basis of instrument intelligence. Open reagent, as an important factor in hospital selection, whether the instrument supports open reagent is very important. After the reagent is opened, hospitals and scientific research units can choose their own reagent suppliers, and have greater freedom in terms of measurement price, reliability of low-level instrument results, and validity period of reagents. Ion-selective electrode analyzer (ISE), the electrolyte index of human serum and urine is very important. The hospital can save money by adding ACA system to ISE.
