Coarse salt (or bath salt) can relax calf muscles. When in use, the calf is wet first, and then the coarse salt is poured on the hand to massage the calf. Remember to be gentle at first, or you will scratch your skin. After a long time, you can gradually increase the strength. It can thin legs and make calves smooth and delicate.
In terms of eating, it is strongly recommended to eat an egg every morning (be sure to cook it, which is a star's method, and it feels very effective after doing it) and eat more apples.
During exercise, climb the stairs if you have nothing to do, keep your upper body straight, and don't walk splayed.
Finally, don't stand or sit for a long time, and don't sit in a particularly hard chair. Avoid drinking a lot of water an hour before going to bed, which is easy to make the calf swollen.
