There are many ways to calculate weight, and the most common formula can be judged as follows:
Male: (height cm-80) × 70% = standard weight.
Female: (height cm-70) × 60% = standard weight.
Overweight% = (actual weight-ideal weight)/(ideal weight) × 100%
If your weight is plus or minus 10%, you are thin and need to gain weight.
More than 10% means overweight and need to lose weight.
