Don't deliberately arrange recipes, take two things with you.

One is a water cup, and the other is an apple.

Get up early with two cups of boiled water, two cups of honey water and an apple, and eat whatever you want.

At noon 10 to 1 1 0, it's still water and apples, and you can eat whatever you want at noon.

Afternoon and evening are actually the saddest! From 6 to 23 o'clock, the hunger is very strong ~!

What if I eat too many apples?

The most useful thing I have tried is to eat vegetables and soup at 6 o'clock (light, rice soup is not too sticky, light and eat more beans) and eat less steamed bread and noodles.

If you are still hungry, eat hard things, such as steamed buns, cakes, instant noodles, popcorn, wangwang biscuits and so on.

When you are lying, sitting and walking, you should exercise consciously.
