At present, there are only 19 kinds of qualified meal replacement products on the market, which means that most of the products claiming meal replacement have hardly passed the examination of the Department of Health. Some of these products have too high protein, some have little calories and nutrition, some have high carbohydrate content, and some have too high fat content, so they are not qualified nutritionally at all. There will be many problems in replacing dinner for a long time.

A qualified meal replacement bag is about 280-300 calories, which contains three balanced nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It is recommended to change one meal during weight loss, and the other two meals should be normal but healthy, so as to achieve the purpose of weight loss.

During weight loss, the calorie intake should not be less than 800 calories/day. The best suggestion is that girls should not be less than 1, 200 calories per day, and boys should not be less than 1, 500 calories per day.
