I feel qualified to share some of my own experiences with you. For many years, I have been exploring where my weight loss limit is. Under the scientific guidance of the same age group, I know that the median value of my standard weight is 62kg (there is an interval for the standard weight, and it is a healthy value in this interval). However, no matter how hard I exercise and want to maintain a normal lifestyle for so many years, I find that my limit weight is 65kg, and I can make myself happy with my current exercise (within two hours a day) and normal diet (without disturbing my relatives and friends). Once it reaches 62% of the standard weight, the cost of exercise and diet will bear the normal life.
Conclusion: The limit of losing weight by yourself is that the weight you can maintain is your limit without paying the cost of exercise time and the type of diet that affects your normal work, life and social life. But in any case, this limit weight must be within the standard healthy weight range, which is enough. If you are too hard on yourself or too hard on yourself, then your original intention of losing weight will be distorted.
For your reference.
