Second, the production technology
1. Mix and emulsify the syrup, oil, grease and antioxidant evenly, then add the sieved flour and auxiliary materials in the formula and prepare for 6 ~ 12 minutes. The dough preparation temperature should be controlled at 20℃ ~ 28℃, that is, the dough for making various biscuits is ready.
1. Prepare syrup. Put sugar and maltose into a pot, add water, heat and melt, boil it into syrup, and filter for later use.
3. Roll forming. Send the prepared dough into a rolling machine and roll it into thin slices, usually 3-7 times. And then enters a molding machine to make biscuit blanks with various patterns and patterns.
4. Bake cookies. Send the biscuit blank to the oven for baking. The baking temperature should be 200℃ ~ 270℃ and the baking time should be 2 ~ 5 minutes. The baked biscuits can be packaged and sold after being cooled to 30℃ ~ 40℃.
