It is also a philosophy to explore human potential and stimulate the limits of body and mind.

Parkour is also called "city scurrying" or parkour. It was born in France in the 1980s. The word "parkour" comes from the French word "parcourir", which literally means "running around". In addition, it also means "beyond the obstacle training ground". Parkour regards the whole city as a big training ground, and all the walls and roofs are objects that can be climbed and crossed, especially the abandoned houses, an extreme sport in Le Parkour, which are very ornamental.

This sport was founded by david belle, a Frenchman. Through agile sports similar to martial arts, people can enhance their physical and psychological resilience to emergencies. The difference is that the martial arts virtual fighting counterattack, while parkour virtual emergency escape.
