Do you want to turn "Mouse Drag Operation" on or off?
Start menu-> Control panel->; It is easy to get to the center.
Under Browse all settings, click Make the keyboard easier to use.
Under Easy-to-Manage Windows, do one of the following:
To turn off mouse dragging, select the "Prevent windows from automatically arranging when they move to the edge of the screen" check box.
To turn on mouse dragging, clear the "Prevent windows from automatically arranging when moving to the edge of the screen" check box.
Click "OK".
