A collection of health skills-two-disc meditation
I said a lot about double disk before. Clean this place up again.

I know about the double disk, which I learned from Xiaoxi's blog. Later, it was found that the source was also from Dr. Hutu's blog. Dr. Hutu's introduction was simple and clear, which was much clearer than what I said in Rory's bar. Just quote it directly.

The above is from a scribbled blog. Have you noticed that we only talked about the effect that cross-legged posture can achieve? There is no mention of how to breathe, how to think and how to collect work during cross-legged. And the stream I am concerned about is such an example of cross-legged for several years. From the outside, she has a refined temperament and elegant posture, but from the inside, she can also see the growth of wisdom. Jane's road, don't think so much, just waste your leg. This is also what attracts me to the double disk.

Donghua meditation

A few days ago, I watched the video of Donghua Zen Gong Jing introduced by Master Wanxing of Donghua Temple, which is an advanced double-disc meditation by adjusting posture, breathing and mind. Interested friends can search by themselves.

Listening to Master Wan Xing's voice is full of magnetism and kindness. You are a very cultured person. I'm not religious, and I don't care. I am interested in learning as long as it is good for my physical and mental health. I find that many practitioners have smooth skin, bright eyes, naturally tall and straight backs, round and full heads and deep but powerful voices. Buddhism is a vegetarian, you can have such a figure with a simple diet. Obviously, eating is not that important. Master Xuecheng of Longquan Temple is also famous, but he is short-sighted. I think his own kung fu may not be so high, otherwise his eyes can't be repaired (the layman's opinion is not desirable, and he doesn't know Master Xuecheng)!

The point is that Master Wan Xing looks healthy and his kung fu can be learned. He mentioned three levels of meditation:

First, adjust the posture, and gradually transition to double disk through scattered disk and single disk. For those who have difficulty in serving two dishes, you can also search for "rocking the sea", which is said to help realize the method of serving two dishes. The main point of the posture of the double disc is that the center of gravity is on the legs, not the hips. After the back is straight, the body leans forward slightly, so that the coccyx is partially suspended without force, and the qi and blood reach the Du meridian.

The second is breathing. Sit on the table and exhale. Exhale through your mouth, breathe the air in your body as cleanly as possible, and then inhale through your nose. Air should be sucked into the abdomen, not stuck in your throat or chest. It is difficult for us ordinary people to take a deep breath into the abdomen every day. I found that my breathing was shallow, that is, to my chest. I need to do abdominal breathing very hard to get to dantian, so it is difficult to breathe on my own. After several breaths, breathe slowly, gently and deeply. After sitting down, put down your thighs first, and then inhale and exhale several times.

The third is to adjust the mentality. Put your mind on your head, imagine your head is a lotus, your body is a lotus stem, forget the existence of your body, and imagine the lotus blooming on your head. From the Buddhist point of view, Master Wan Xing said that the mind has any influence on practice. I never thought about the source after death. I think it's really difficult to control my mind, and it's easier to do it simply by wasting my leg. Surrender your legs first, then consider surrendering your heart.

In order to help collect the mind during meditation, you can use chanting. Usually when it comes to magic, I feel like a god. But now it feels less mysterious. When breathing, the nose gently inhales into the abdomen, stays for a few seconds, and then exhales while chanting until the breath is clean. For example, the six-character mantra "Hum, Mo, Ni, Bai, Mai and Bang" can achieve the effect of nourishing the body and mind by using sound wave vibration. I have heard of a special method of breathing with qi, that is, when the nose is full of qi and can't hold it back, it will make a sound of relaxing (liver), blowing (heart), breathing (spleen) and thinking (lung), and exhale, and the five tones will affect the five internal organs. When I want to sit still, I can also turn the six-character mantra into five tones, or concentrate on breathing to collect my mind and use sound wave vibration to regulate my body. Of course, my thoughts have nothing to do with religious beliefs.

At present, we insist on double disk 15 times, because of time constraints, we can't do double disk every day. I'm still practicing my legs. I can last for an hour, but it hurts. When you are in pain, you pay attention to the pain, and you have no extra ability to think about breathing and thinking. In order to cope with the pain, the posture will automatically adjust as long as it can relieve the pain. So is breathing. If the pain is severe, you want to exhale. Therefore, at present and for a long time in the future, it is estimated that it is a double dish with legs, not a sit-in. Maybe when the two disks are comfortable and barrier-free, they will automatically take a deep breath and concentrate. If you can't achieve it now, you won't consider static work. Give me your leg first.

The double board does not need land occupation and equipment, as long as there is a buffer pad. But for a child slave like me, time is really hard to guarantee. I spent an hour with my children, but my daughter had a problem with it. She felt that I didn't pay enough attention to accompany her to do my homework when I played double-disk, and solemnly suggested that I couldn't accompany her to do my homework at the same time. Now I think I'm really not worried about loneliness. I just have a lot of time to be alone. It's just that at present I can only spend time practicing morality, so I can only find convenient ways. However, at present, double dishes seem to be my favorite. Although the pain is unbearable, it is voluntary, painful and happy. However, I don't know when there will be a big breakthrough in time and comfort.
