Squeeze a glass of carrot juice with a fruit and vegetable juicer or blender, and drink 1~2 times a day before meals. You don't have to control your diet. You can slowly lose some extra weight according to your physique and physical condition and considering your drinking amount.
Material: Carrots of medium size (about 200g).
Exercise:
1. Carrot skin is rich in nutrition. Wash the skin with a brush and water and cut it into circles.
2. If you think it is not easy to drink carrot juice alone, you can add some apples, tomatoes or bananas to stir and juice, or season with lemon juice and honey.
3. Cut carrots into appropriate sizes and put them into a fruit and vegetable juicer or blender. The carrot juice coming out of the blender is sticky carrot paste, which completely retains the nutrition of carrots. You'd better drink it without a drop left.
If you use a fruit and vegetable juicer, there will be residue in the juicer after carrot juice is squeezed out. These residues are rich in dietary fiber, so grab a handful and soak them in carrot juice to avoid wasting.
4. If you don't have a fruit and vegetable juicer or blender, you can also prepare to wipe the chopping board, put carrots on it and brush them hard to get thin carrot strips. Of course, it is ok to eat these shredded carrots raw. If they are wrapped in gauze, there is no harm in squeezing out juice to drink.
