Hello, I believe you just installed the system soon. That's because the C disk was not formatted before installation, and the old system was saved. You just need to completely delete a folder named windows.old on drive C. This is your old system. It's okay to delete it.

Delete the windows.old folder as soon as possible, or your computer system will be stuck and unable to operate.

1. Right-click Computer on the desktop and select Properties.
