How to lose weight? I've been going to the gym for a month, and I haven't seen any effect. Who can help?
I also worked out in the gym these two days. In order to avoid detours, I hired a personal trainer as soon as I came up.

Up to now, I have taken three classes, the most obvious of which is my stomach and my fat. The important thing is that I can feel my muscles. Although the part of exercise in each class is different, abdominal exercise is necessary. Let me share with you:

Upper abdomen: 45-degree slow sit-ups, one ***4 groups, 20-30 in each group. Groups can have a proper rest or drink some water. In other words, just hold your head and use the strength of your upper abdomen to go up to about 45 degrees with the horizontal plane, and then go down immediately to continue.

Lower abdomen: Put down your legs and lift them, in groups of 3-43, 20 times in each group. Groups can have a proper rest or drink some water. In other words, use the strength of the lower abdomen to raise the leg to 90 degrees, perpendicular to the ground, then slowly lower it by about 20 degrees, and then lift it with the strength of the lower abdomen. I taught an upgraded version of this in the third class, but I'm too tired to tell you here.

I believe you can stick to this every day, and it won't be long before you can feel your stomach tightening.

I wish you success in losing weight!
