Four simple and delicious ways of kelp:
Kelp tofu soup
Ingredients: 3 pieces of kelp, tender tofu 1 box, sesame oil 1 spoon, garlic 1 teaspoon, salt 1/2 teaspoons, soup soy sauce 1 teaspoon, and 3 cups of beef soup.
1, kelp slices (about 8* 10cm) are soaked in cold water 1 hour, washed and drained, and cut into thin strips. Cut the tender tofu into small pieces 1 cm square.
2. Heat the hot oil in the pot. When sesame oil is hot, add garlic and stir-fry, add kelp and soy sauce, stir-fry a few times, add beef soup, bring to a boil, add tofu pieces to stew, and season with salt.
3. About the production of beef soup: 500g beef (beef ham and beef ribs can be used) is added with 1 onion, 100g white radish, 2 cloves garlic and 2 teaspoons black pepper. Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, then simmer with 4 liters of water until the beef is tender, without skimming the fat on the soup. After the soup is completely cooled, the surface is fresh and tender. Canned broth can also be used.
Tear kelp by hand
Ingredients: fresh kelp 300g, pepper 1 0g, shredded ginger 5g, garlic 5g, shallot10g, white sugar 5g, salt10g, corn oil 30ml, soy sauce 20ml, yellow rice wine10ml, aged vinegar.
1. Tear the fresh kelp into small pieces by hand, and chop the pepper for later use.
2. Put the arowana phytosterol corn oil into the pot, heat it, add shredded ginger, garlic slices and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Then add fresh kelp and stir fry for a while, then add yellow wine, sugar, salt, soy sauce and mature vinegar to taste.
4. Stir-fry the soup until it gradually dries.
Fresh soup of kelp balls
Ingredients: carrot 10 slice, pork stuffing 200g, kelp knot 200g, onion 5g, salt 10g, cooking wine 15ml, starch 20g, ginger 5g and sesame oil 5ml.
1. Add salt (1 teaspoon, 5g), cooking wine, starch, Jiang Mo and chopped green onion to the pork stuffing, mix and stir well.
2. Rinse fresh kelp knots with clear water.
3. Put a proper amount of water and sea knots in the pot. After the fire boils, dig the meat into small balls with a small spoon and put them into the pot.
4. After the fire boils again, add carrot slices and turn to low heat for 10 minute. Finally, add salt (1 teaspoon, 5g) and pour in sesame oil.
Garlic mashed kelp
Ingredients: kelp 270g, medlar, garlic 35g, chicken essence, salt and sesame oil 2 teaspoons.
1. Clean kelp.
2. Add appropriate amount of cold water to soak for about 2 hours.
3. Peel the garlic and cut it into granules.
4. Put the garlic in a small bowl and mash it with a rolling pin.
5. Add a little salt, chicken essence and sesame oil and mix well to make garlic juice.
6. Pour the water soaked in kelp and kelp into the pot, boil and cook for a few minutes until the kelp becomes soft.
7. Rinse with cold water after taking out and drain.
8. Cut into long segments.
9. Add the right amount of salt and chicken essence and mix well.
