Mimi, a little girl whose parents died young, lives with her grandmother.

One day, grandma is going out of town. Mimi went to the station to see her off. When she got home, she found a lovely panda father and son. Giant pandas learn about rice.

Mimi has no parents, so she wants to be Mimi's father and Mimi wants to be the fat panda's mother.

The next day, Mimi went to school, and the little panda wanted to go to school with her. Mimi takes the fat boy to school as a doll. However, the teacher didn't allow Mimi to bring the doll to the classroom, so Mimi had to put the fat boy outside. The greedy fat boy ran to the school kitchen and caused an uproar. Fortunately, he escaped.

The policeman who didn't trust Mimi at home went to Mimi's house to inspect, but fled because he found the panda defeated. After that, he rounded up the panda with a large number of police. It turns out that the panda father and son ran out of the zoo, and the person who caught them could get a bonus. The panda father and son knocked down the man who wanted to catch them with divine power, only to find that the fat man was gone!

Later, people found the fat boy in the river, but the dam was not far ahead. The laid-back fat boy had no idea of the immediate danger, and Mimi jumped into the water to save the fat boy. Just as the dam gate switch rusted again, Papa Panda closed the gate with divine power, and Fat Man and Mimi survived.
