What are the shortcomings of China Industrial and Commercial Bank compared with other banks?
I don't want to say more about the good things, but the biggest drawback of ICBC is that its organization is bloated, but it is the front-line staff who try their best to reduce staff. The outlets are dismantled if they want, ignoring the painful waiting of customers to queue up for business (lack of social responsibility). On the contrary, the staff above the secondary branch are overstaffed, and their salaries are much higher than those of the front-line staff. How long can this inverted pyramid structure last? Won't the ranking in the top 500 drop?
