Efficacy: Warming channels and activating collaterals, expelling wind and dispelling cold.

Indications: scapulohumeral periarthritis.

Usage: Put the medicinal materials into an iron porcelain basin, soak them in cold water for 2 hours, and then simmer for 20 minutes without removing residue.
