Look at your age. Personally, I don't think you should use it over 40. My mother is using the product that can't get the sun and its dependence is exaggerated. If not, the skin will be much worse than before. If you can't stop being young, you'd better not use some plants or essential oils. It's better to use that product with too many chemical components.
