In view of your hypoglycemia on an empty stomach, I suggest you eat a small amount of carbohydrates and a little protein before you start your fitness. During exercise, you should pay attention to mastering your symptoms of hypoxemia in time, adjust them at any time, and be accompanied by friends during exercise.
