What shoes should I wear to do aerobics?
Running shoes and ordinary wave shoes are ok, but wave shoes should not be the kind of high heels, which is easy to sprain your feet. Modern dance shoes can dance, but I don't think they are suitable for aerobics. Their shoes only have pads on the forefoot and heel, and their arches are suspended. There is no shock absorption protection system, which is convenient for them to stretch their toes when dancing and cannot provide protection for aerobics.
