I don't think fat people are suitable for wearing plaid coats, because plaid coats are suitable for thin and tall young ladies. If fat people wear them, they will look like a bear. Plaid coat will look particularly bloated. There is no curve at all. If you are fat, you'd better not wear a plaid coat.
