What are the sugar-free foods?
Sugar-free foods include eggs, fish, meat, seafood, bamboo shoots, onions, bean sprouts, spinach, mushrooms, fungus, laver and so on. Sugar-free food generally refers to sweet food without sucrose (sucrose and beet sugar) and glucose. However, sugar-free foods should contain sugar alcohols (including xylitol, sorbitol, maltitol, mannitol) and other substitutes.
