Xiaojie: homemade baby version of sugar-reduced handmade jam
Let Xiaojie simply teach you how to make baby version of hypoglycemic handmade jam!

Remember when I mentioned in "Dim Sum" breast milk cheese (without eggs) that I would make homemade jam for Nini? I didn't do it because I was stuck in Okinawa and I was afraid it would break before I finished eating. When I went to Dumex this time, I happened to see the counter of Matthew yogurt and bought a box of Matthew yogurt for Nini. Xiaojie loves Matthew yogurt himself, because pure yogurt is sugar-free, so it is a little sour. However, it is very grid and thick. If you eat alone, few people really get used to it, and Nini is certainly the same.

To make jam, canned jam on the market is mostly gelatin, pigment, concentrated juice and so on. And it is rarely really pure fruit. So I still like myself. Actually, it's really not difficult. You can make your own fruit, with or without sugar. I added a little because the fruit is not very sweet, it is a little sour when cooked, and then I want pectin to be produced quickly.

Materials:

1. Grape (edible without seed skin)-2 batches.

2. Strawberry -3.

3. Fine sugar (preferably rock sugar) -5- 10g

Step 1. Cut the grapes in half, cut the strawberries for 4 or 6 minutes, and then add the powdered sugar.

Step two. Let it stand for 1 hour, and stir it every 10 minute to let pectin melt out.

After about an hour, the fruit will be softened by pectin except sugar.

Pectin will also come out, and the whole color is beautiful.

Step three. Put it in the rice cooker, put a glass of water in the outer pot and steam it.

It will be like this when it is out of the pot. There is more water and the color is slightly darker than before.
