The first day (April 7)

The third day (April 9)

I lost 0.6kg, ran four times in the morning and was obviously weak. I hope I can continue to lose weight. In the afternoon, the instructor felt that his arms were weak and his legs were not so strong. The whole person is a little limp.

The fourth day (April 10)

Lose weight by 0. 1kg, and do not exercise. The following recipes are morning, evening and afternoon. I don't want to eat cheese in my life. Raw carrots actually make me feel good. Cheese tastes really bad. Dry heaves after eating. ...

Day 5 (April 1 1)

Day 7 (April 13)

If you lose 0.3kg, you will have no strength in one day, but it is not so exaggerated and you can persist. Mutton The mutton roll I bought, mixed with salt and cumin and fried in olive oil, is still edible.

Day 8 (April 65438, 2004)

I lost 0.3kg, and my desire to eat delicious food became stronger and stronger. I just want to eat anything. I haven't eaten lard seasoning for six days, and I'm really not used to this bleak life!

I lost 0.6kg. I read a lot of posts yesterday and I was always worried that I would rebound on the eighth day. So I only ate a boiled egg at noon and 100g steak at night, and I was full. I didn't expect to be thinner than a few days ago. Maybe it's because my period is gone today, and it's really not far from my goal. So I really tell you, persistence will win, and I will open a food post if I lose weight successfully!

I lost 0.2kg. I'm really worried that it's the platform period again. Anyway, I will be really satisfied if I lose 1 kg in the next few days! Hang in there, the fourth day from the bottom!
