If there is pink secretion on underwear, it must be the place where the reproductive tract bleeds, but the amount of bleeding is very small.

The causes of reproductive tract bleeding are as follows:

First, vaginal inflammation;

Second, local inflammation of the cervix, such as cervical polyps;

Third, endometrial inflammation;

Fourth, pelvic inflammatory disease;

Fifth, endometriosis;

Sixth, pelvic tumors,

All of the above may cause pink secretion in vagina. It is suggested to do gynecological examination to find out whether there are damaged parts of vulva, vagina and cervix and whether there are bleeding spots. If necessary, do routine leucorrhea examination, cervical cancer screening, B-ultrasound examination and gynecological double-needle examination to preliminarily understand the causes of bleeding, and then give corresponding treatment.
