Is there any way to train a kitten to exercise?
Cats can be trained by nerve reflex activity.

Any cat's behavior is completed by nerve reflex activity. After the receptors of the body are stimulated, the process of making the body react through the activities of the nervous system is called reflex activity, and most reflex activities are completed by reflex arc. Reflex arc consists of receptor, afferent nerve, nerve center, efferent nerve and effector. If there is a problem with any of them, the reflection activity cannot be completed. There are various sensitive receptors in cats, such as hearing, sight, smell, taste and skin temperature, pain and touch receptors, which can feel various stimuli respectively. When temperature, sound, light, pressing, flapping and other stimuli occur, the body converts these stimuli into nerve excitement.

Most cats can be trained, but the difficulty of each cat receiving training actions is not exactly the same. Therefore, we should pay attention to the following questions during training.

(1), the training of cats should start from the age of 2-3 months. At this time, cats are more likely to receive training, laying the foundation for further training in the future.

(2) The best time for cat training is before feeding, because hungry cats are more willing to be close to people and more obedient, and food is attractive to cats and easier to train.

(3) Be kind and patient when training cats. Cats are stubborn and have strong self-esteem and don't want to be pushed around, especially when they are unhappy. So be kind to cats, like to play with cats, and pay attention to cultivating feelings with cats. Even if the cat does something wrong, don't reprimand or punish it too much, lest the cat hate training.

(5) Train cats step by step, and the principle of not rushing for success is: step by step, from simple to complex, and treat them separately according to the situation of cats. You can only teach one movement at a time, and you must not do several trainings at the same time. If cats can't always do well, they will lose confidence, which will cause cats' boredom and bring difficulties to future training. The training time should not be too long, not more than 10 minutes, but you can train several times a day.

(6) The environment for cat training should be quiet. Don't train several people at the same time, so as not to distract the cat.
