How to make vinegar cabbage healthy and nutritious?
Vinegar cabbage is a healthy and delicious home-cooked dish. Here is a basic method:

Required materials: Chinese cabbage 100g, onion, ginger and garlic 5g, dried pepper 5g, white vinegar 50g, soy sauce 20g, salt 10g, sugar 5g and edible oil 50g.

Exercise:

1. Slice Chinese cabbage, shred dried peppers, and shred ginger.

2. Put oil in a hot pot and cool, add dried peppers and ginger, and stir fry.
