Love sports and running-the story of me and running
I am an active and playful person. I always do sports, but all from the perspective of interest and fun, such as skiing, climbing steep slopes, rock climbing and swimming. I tried running once and participated in a 24-hour relay race with my friends, but I have never been interested in running, because running is no fun for me. The feeling of panting when I ran 800 meters at school and the feeling of sore throat after running made me have no good feelings about running.

On April 20 17, I started to get in touch with Easy Efficiency, and began to try to take a walk in the park every morning to settle down. When I was in the park, Mr Ye Wubin gave a hundred lectures on time management every day. After hearing the middle part of the lecture, Mr. Ye talked about running several times in a row, and also talked about Mr. Wu Dong's Jane Eyre running method and his thoughts of running and jogging in small steps. Finally, I took my legs and started trying. At first, I just ran slowly for a short distance of one or two kilometers. I felt fine and didn't hurt so much. It's just that my hind legs will be a little sore at first, but I will feel a sense of accomplishment after exercise.

Since then, running has become my new habit, from jogging for one or two kilometers, to jogging for two or three kilometers, to jogging for three or four kilometers. I run five times a week from Monday to Friday as long as it's not foggy, so running is integrated into my life. I don't have many goals and pursuits for running all the time, so I have been running for 5 or 6 kilometers at most for more than a year, but I have been insisting.

Running and daily exercise let me know more about my body and confirm that I still have the ability of long-distance running.

If I can continue to run, on the one hand, it is the guidance of teacher Ye's audio class and the environment that is easy to perform, but what makes me sustainable is because I combine this with visiting the park, which makes me happy physically and mentally.

It is convenient to send the children to the park opposite the school, but I always feel busy before, and it will be a waste of time to go. After getting up early, I occasionally try to visit the park, feeling that there are many wonderful discoveries, which is a very enjoyable thing. Run from time to time, explore every corner of the park, enjoy the beautiful scenery and take photos with your mobile phone. This gives me another good opportunity to feel the nature and seasonal changes of the city.

Spring is the most beautiful season in the park. Winter jasmine, peach blossom, magnolia flower, begonia flower and rose ... They feel the process from bud to bloom every day in their own order, and then their colorful petals cover the earth. Then there is the season of all kinds of wild flowers, as well as February orchid, Yunnan plum, viola yedoensis, bitter clover ... each flower blooms very well. Running gives me more opportunities to get close to them every day.

The sun comes out early in summer, which is a good time for the sun to feel the light and shadow at the same time.

In autumn, I feel that the color of the tree turns yellow and red little by little, then the leaves fall off and the plants turn yellow. When I run in the morning, I can always find the one that is extremely transparent and illuminated by the backlight of the sun, which makes them vivid and extraordinary.

Running in the park in winter is still fun. The sun comes out late in winter, and every run is a process of welcoming the sunrise. Look at the thin ice on the lake. Some of them have frozen leaves in them, and then they get thicker every day.

There will be relatively fewer runners in winter. Because I ran many times, I became the running route director of Keep Sun Palace Park for 87 days last winter, and the spring was surpassed.

In the summer of 20 18, our family made a 29-day trip to Central Europe, covering 6 countries and 17 cities and regions. I specially brought running shoes and clothes before I left. Every time I go to a new city, I will go out in the morning and explore this new and unknown place by running.

Compared with the tourists in the daytime, the city in the early morning is very quiet and peaceful, and you can feel the other side different from the daytime. European cities are not too big. You can reach the edge of the city by running two or three kilometers. You can also expand the walking radius by running and explore the main areas of the city. At the same time, you have more contact with this strange city and become closer. Let me really feel that the so-called distance is at my feet, and no road can grow a pair of wayward legs!

The first stops are Prague, Krumlov, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Best Garten, Brad, Lubriana, Kestrel, Budapest, Slovakia and Vienna, and the first stops are *** 1 1. This feeling of exploring the unknown through running always makes me feel fresh and excited, and even a little addicted. It's really interesting.

People who run in the morning can be seen everywhere. The natural bodybuilding revealed by them is the most primitive beauty and the most fashionable beauty. When we meet in running, we occasionally smile at each other or wave, which is a very beautiful feeling.

After this trip, my father settled down in Xi for a period of time in the autumn after returning to Beijing. My family in Beijing needed me to water the flowers every week. It suddenly occurred to me that I could combine running with watering flowers, so I ran 8 kilometers back and forth several times, which was also a breakthrough of my previous mileage. Once I watered the flowers and ran around the park 10 km.

Although I am not the object of running, I am called Buddha running by my partners, but my speed and endurance have been greatly improved in running again and again. I knew I could have broken through ten kilometers long ago, but I didn't try because I didn't have the motivation and goal.

At the end of 10, I finally took Wu Dong's running class and systematically studied all aspects of sports and running. I learned the scientific method of using data and the five skills of running: strength, inclination, softness, balance and firmness. Through the slow playback of the recorded running video and the teacher's one-on-one running guidance, I also found the problems in my previous running.

Because of the topic of sports, two days of study made me excited and happy, and it was really great to have classes! Although it is a running class, the knowledge related to sports is the same.

After class, I also learned to run with a heart rate meter, and learned how fast to run scientifically and how to run. At the same time, a month later, we also had a 90-minute running test, which was the first 90-minute running in my life, 10 lap, Sun Palace Park 14 km. In winter at -3℃, I can wear thin clothes without feeling cold. Although I usually run five or six kilometers, I never thought about breaking through, but I also thank the promotion of running classes. The heart rate is also stable between 130- 140. It is important for me to have new experiences and breakthroughs.

Since last September, the number of runs recorded on Keep has exceeded 1000 km, consisting of 228 runs.

It's time to bid farewell to the old and welcome the new. When I dreamed of 20 19, I took running 1 half horse and participating in 1 triathlon as my annual goal.

Exercise makes my physical strength and energy more and more abundant and I can enjoy it more and more. Exercise and running have become a part of my life, and there is no need to be as natural as eating and drinking water. Love sports and running!
