Lianyungang-Horgos expressway, referred to as Lianhuo Expressway, is one of the east-west trunk lines of China National expressway Network. It used to be the "fourth horizontal" in the "five verticals and seven horizontals" of the national trunk line, with the country name G30.
Lianhuo Expressway is a expressway connecting Lianyungang City in Jiangsu and Horgos City in Xinjiang, with a total length of 4,244 kilometers, passing through Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang and other provinces.
Significance of Lianhuo Adjustment and Construction
The opening of the reconstruction and expansion project from Lianyungang to Horgos, expressway, Zhengzhou to Luoyang will effectively alleviate the original traffic pressure, improve the service capacity and level of expressway road network in Henan Province, and at the same time improve the highway traffic service level of the economic zone along the Yellow River in Henan Province, and enhance the radiation effect of urban agglomerations along the Yellow River.
It is of great significance to improve the traffic conditions of the east-west traffic artery in Henan Province, ease the transportation tension, improve the comprehensive transportation system of the whole province, accelerate the economic and social development of Zhengzhou and Luoyang, and promote the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone.
