When the memory of the mobile phone is insufficient, the only solution is to clean it up:

(1) Call up the folder where the media is stored, and send photos and videos to the computer;

(2) If you have seen a file with no preservation value, delete it if you want;

(3) clear the memory. Download Tencent Mobile Manager to further clean up the cache, system and uninstall the residue.

If not, you can try to restore all the settings of the system, and you can operate in Settings-General-Restore. This method is the most thorough and effective.
