In short, practicing yoga can be roughly divided into three stages, the first is action guidance, the second is breathing adjustment, and the last is imagination application.
When you are a beginner, you can keep up with the teacher's movements, don't think too much, and don't need to deliberately change different breathing methods. You only need to use the most basic yoga breathing (Ujjai)-nasal breathing, or Pilates diaphragm breathing-nasal nozzle breathing.
