Sydney hot orange tea:
Ingredients: Sydney, orange, rock sugar and red dates.
Exercise:
Peel and cut Sydney into pieces, peel and slice oranges, cut thick slices, and cut open red dates to remove the core.
Put all ingredients into a health pot and cook for 20 minutes.
Pears and oranges are edible.
Function: Supplementing VC to moisten sound;
Kumquat lemon honey:
Ingredients: kumquat lemon rock sugar salt
Exercise:
