Open the PS software and create a new 950*500 white canvas, named 950 poster, as shown in the figure;

Fill the foreground color with blue, and then click the rectangle tool to draw a shape of appropriate size on the white canvas, as shown in the figure;

1. First open PS, and then press Ctrl+N to create a new document.

2. Then select the background picture, and then press Ctrl+O to import the background picture into PS.

How to use PS as a poster 1 Open PS, click "File on Menu Bar" to create a new blank document. File size and size unit are defined according to actual needs.

8. Add text, press the left mouse button at a suitable position on the canvas to pull out the text editing box, add text for the poster, select all the text, use the "character option box" to adjust the text, and finally add an effect on the text layer.
