Belt size
The size of the belt is usually expressed in inches or centimeters. When choosing the appropriate belt size, you need to refer to the length and width of the belt and the personal body characteristics.

Generally speaking, the appropriate belt size should be a little larger than the size of pants. For example, if you wear size 34 pants, you should choose a size 36 belt. For most belts, there are 5 holes to choose from. When trying on the belt, it is best to buckle the third (middle) hole to adapt to the natural change of waist circumference.

The length of the waistband is generally between 1 10cm and 140cm. After fastening the belt, the end of the belt should be between the trouser stroke and the second trouser stroke. The specific length should be adjusted according to the individual's height and body shape. Usually, the length of the waistband is more than 15 cm ~ 20 cm.

Regarding the width of the belt, the width of men's belts is generally between 2 cm and 4 cm. Dress men are advised to choose a belt about 3.5cm wide, overweight men are advised to choose a belt about 4cm wide, and thin men are advised to choose a belt about 3.0cm wide, which is suitable for any type of pants.

In short, to choose the appropriate belt size, we need to consider the individual's body shape, the size of pants, the width and length of the belt.
