Ingredients: 300 grams of carp meat and 500 grams of wax gourd.
Seasoning: Shaoxing wine 20g, onion 5g, ginger 2g, pepper 2g, monosodium glutamate 2g, salt and salad oil 2g.
Exercise:
① Wash the fish and cut into pieces. Add wine and salt for curing 15 minutes.
(2) Saute ginger slices and chopped green onion in warm oil, fry the fish until yellow, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for 25 minutes on low fire, add wax gourd slices for seasoning, simmer for 8 minutes on high fire, and sprinkle with pepper and monosodium glutamate.
