Carbohydrates are also called carbohydrates. Carbohydrates in food can be divided into two categories: effective carbohydrates that people can absorb and utilize, such as monosaccharides, disaccharides, polysaccharides and ineffective carbohydrates that people can't digest, such as cellulose.
There are two kinds of effective carbohydrates, simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates. Our diet should include these two carbohydrates.
Simple carbohydrates: potatoes, bread, rice, biscuits, candy, juice, sports drinks.
Complex carbohydrates: brown rice, oats, apples, oranges, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
Most of the carbohydrate comes from plants, such as wheat and rice. There are two ways for plants to store carbohydrates, one is starch and the other is dietary fiber.
Starch provides us with energy and makes us have the strength to work. Fiber, on the other hand, is absorbed very slowly after entering the body, with low calories and long satiety time.
Everyone knows that eating sugar and chocolate will make you fat, but in fact, rice, noodles, buns, sandwiches and bread are also sugar, and eating too much will make you fat. So, eat less of these when you lose weight.
Because these staple foods are all sugar, also called polysaccharide, they will be decomposed into glucose in the human body, and if they are ingested too much, they will be converted into fat and accumulated into fat in the body.
Common high-carbon foods
The most common high carbon is various staple foods: rice, noodles, steamed buns, steamed dumplings, sandwiches, bread, cakes, pizza, pasta, biscuits, potato chips, souffles and so on.
Coarse grains: red beans, soybeans, mung beans, all kinds of coarse grains, whole grains, brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn and oats are also high-carbon staple foods, but they are healthier, more digestible and more full than the top staple foods. If you need to eat carbohydrates to lose weight, you can eat coarse grains.
Some fruits with high sugar content, such as longan, mango, durian, litchi and so on.
What is a low-carbon diet?
Low-carbon diet, in short, is a diet with high fat, high protein and low carbohydrate. Let the human body burn fat instead of carbohydrates.
At present, low carbon has the following characteristics:
-eat less staple food or not.
-Flour and rice are completely replaced by coarse grains.
-All high GIs are replaced by low GIs.
Please help yourself to anything except the staple food.
-You don't need to pay much attention to controlling the heat.
In fact, many weight loss methods are based on low-carbon diets, such as ketogenic diet, Atkins diet, high-protein diet, primitive diet, gluten-free diet, Dukan diet, Copenhagen diet, McGee diet and so on.
In each diet method, protein has different fat proportions and different effects, but its essence is "low carbon".
