Is it legal to take photos with your ID card?
Legal analysis: the photos on the front and back of the ID card can only be used as a reference to verify the information of citizenship, and have no legal effect to prove citizenship. It won't bring any other problems, because now all kinds of business can be handled only by myself and the original ID card. Only the photos on the front and back of the ID card are not important. If the original ID card is for someone else, it matters, and it can be used to reissue the mobile phone card and loan. When a citizen uses a resident identity card and a copy or photo of the resident identity card, all departments that use the relevant documents have the obligation to check the identity of the person and the card, and can handle relevant affairs for them only after they are confirmed to be correct. If the relevant license-using department neglects management or fails to fulfill relevant review obligations, resulting in illegal or criminal acts that damage the rights and interests of the certificate owner by holding copies or photos of other people's ID cards, the violator and the relevant license-using department will bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law, and the copy or photo owner of the resident ID card will not bear any legal responsibilities.
