Manual inspection:
The man's first test is semen routine. Because male semen examination is simple, convenient, non-invasive and low-cost, male infertility examination should be conducted first. If the man's semen test is normal, we can find the reason from the woman.
Women's physical examination:
B-ultrasound monitoring ovulation: For women with regular menstruation, B-ultrasound monitoring ovulation is generally started around 1 1 ~ 12 days of menstrual cramps to understand the basic situation and reserve of ovaries. Ovulation monitoring is generally done 3 ~ 4 times a cycle. The doctor will evaluate the ovary and uterus, measure the size of uterus, endometrial thickness, ovarian size, number and diameter of follicles, and rule out whether there are reproductive system diseases (such as hysteromyoma, endometrial polyps, uterine malformation, ovarian tumors, etc.). ).
Tubal patency examination: Tubal patency examination should be carried out during menstruation to ovulation. The commonly used method is fallopian tube lipiodol (iodine water) radiography to understand the patency of fallopian tubes and see if there is hydrosalpinx and uterine cavity lesions. Strict contraception is needed in the month of tubal examination, and vaginal secretions need to be checked before operation to eliminate genital tract inflammation.
