Suixi County is located in the southwest of Guangdong Province, in the north-central part of Leizhou Peninsula, with Lianjiang City in the north, Mazhang District in the east, Leizhou City in the south and Beibu Gulf in the west. The county is 75.75 kilometers long from east to west and 57 kilometers wide from north to south, with a total area of 2 1.3 1.6 square kilometers. Suicheng Street in the county is 359 kilometers away from Guangzhou, the provincial capital, and 0/6 kilometers away from Zhanjiang/KLOC.

Suixi county is a platform terrain, high in the middle, low in the northeast, and flat on the other three sides. The altitude is 20~45 meters, and the flatness accounts for 80%. The terrain changes little, it is wide and flat, slightly undulating, and the slope is below 5, which belongs to Quaternary shallow sea sedimentary low platform. There are small sand shale hills in the northeast, with the elevation of Wusheling 135.5 meters and Matouling 89 meters. The central part fluctuates greatly, with an altitude of 60-233m, the highest is Luogangling 233m, followed by Chenglingling184m and Bijialing176m, belonging to basalt platform.

Suixi county belongs to tropical and subtropical monsoon climate, with long sunshine time, less rain, more thunder and more typhoons, which has typical coastal climate characteristics. Cultural relics in Suixi County:

1 Neolithic sites: There are more than 40 Neolithic sites in Suixi County, such as Liyudun site, Nanbian village, Narrow throat ridge, Shenchuan and Doumen, among which Xiaodun site (an ancient island) located in Tiandong, a village in the southeast corner of Jianghong is well preserved. Unearthed cultural relics include stone tools, pottery, decorations and shells. Appraised by archaeologists, this is Beiqiu in the middle Neolithic Age more than 5,000 years ago.

2. Ancient ceramic kiln site: The total number of ancient ceramic sites (groups) in Suixi County is 3 1. Among many porcelain kilns, the earliest research by experts was in the middle Tang Dynasty. During this period, there were two places in the mouth of the kiln: Sheguan in Liu Xia and Bintoukan in Cheng Yuerentang Village. Products include bowls, plates, dishes, cups, cans, pots, kettles and so on. Porcelain is glazed with blue and pottery with ochre glaze.

3. Civilization Academy: Located in Lemin City, Lemin Town. It was built in memory of Su Dongpo, a writer in the Northern Song Dynasty, passing by Xinglian Village. Founded in the early years of Song Huizong, the Academy was one of the three major academies in Suixi at that time. The college was rebuilt many times later. The existing academy was rebuilt by Rizo, governor of Suixi, in the second year of the Republic of China (19 13).
