Don't worry about the skin being cut off. Cooked skin is hard and easy to cut. Remove the oil and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3, put the bamboo basket in a well-ventilated place for 3-4 days and dry it naturally. After a few days, all the oil in the pig will seep out and flow in the gap with the bamboo basket, so it will become very hard. When the two collide, the noise can be clearly heard. Heat the oil and pour in a lot of cooking oil. Don't worry about waste. Different oils and other foods after frying. There will be no deposits and debris. It can be reused. When used in cooking, it will also bring the taste of lard. When the oil temperature is 60%, pigskin can be added. If you don't know how to judge the oil temperature, you can throw pigskin when it is cold.
The fourth step, when you start bubbling, you can put in the pigskin. Boast that oil can use fire. But when you blow, remember to turn the fire into a small one. When the pigskin is placed on it, you can see that it expands rapidly and turns white. You can stick oil-absorbing paper and remove some oil, which is neither greasy nor greasy. Fried pigskin is tasteless because we have no seasoning when we dilute it. After frying, sprinkle a little salt, pepper, sesame, pepper, shaking seasoning and pig, and you can eat it directly as a snack.
The fifth step is that if you eat too many fried products, you will inevitably get angry while driving. You can put it on the plate on the table. If you want to pour it, you need to soak the pigskin in water to soften it before frying it. Wash it again with boiling water, remove excess oil and cut it into long strips. Add some black fungus, stir well in the pot, and add some salt and coriander in front of the pot.
