One:
If a large number of cells in the file have calculation formulas or set cell formats, conditional formats and data validity, the table can be expanded a lot. The landlord can press F5 in the worksheet to bring up the location dialog box, and select conditional format or data validity in the location condition to find it.
Two:
It is estimated that there are a large number of small graphic objects in the worksheet. The landlord can press F5 in the worksheet to bring up the positioning dialog box, search for "object" in the positioning criteria, and finally press CTRL+A to select and clear it.
Three:
Hidden worksheets may also be the reason for the large file. The way to view it is to right-click the worksheet tab and select View Code to view the hidden worksheet in the editor. If you want to display a hidden table, you can select its worksheet name and change its VISIBLE property to-1 to display it in the following properties (0 is hidden).
Note: The general way to open the Location dialog box (without pressing F5) is to click Edit-Locate.
If you can't solve it, you can try this method:
1. Click the file in the menu bar and select Save As Web Page.
2. In the Save As dialog box, select Save the whole workbook, uncheck Add Interaction, enter any file name in File Name, and then click OK to save and close the workbook.
3. Start EXCEL, open the HTML file just saved, and carefully check whether each worksheet is normal.
4. Click Save As in the file and select the EXCEL file type (. Xls) as the save type.
The file obtained in this way will be much slimmer.
