Relevant regulations:

1. Effective conditions of the agreement: the class fee for each private lesson is per person per hour 150 yuan, which must be paid in one lump sum.

2. In order to ensure your exercise effect, all courses must be completed within the time limit stipulated in the agreement, and the courses that exceed the time limit are deemed to be automatically given up by the members. The terms are as follows:

15/ from the first lesson, finish 20 lessons in 45 days/from the first lesson, finish 30 lessons in 60 days/from the first lesson, 100 days/from the first lesson, 150 days.

1. The company arranges professional personal trainers to provide full service to its members, and reserves the right to change personal trainers.

2. Once the private education course is sold, it will not be refunded and cannot be used for other purposes.

3. Members can cancel or change your course time according to their own time. Reservation or cancellation must be made by the member himself 24 hours in advance, and the member himself must sign the form for confirmation.

Special statement:

1. Suggestions on physical condition and physical examination: Before signing this agreement, our company is not responsible for providing various services for members.

Physical examination. Members should ensure that they are healthy after passing the medical examination in the hospital, free from any diseases, and fully equipped with the conditions and abilities to normally use the company's equipment and private education services. If you have any health problems, please ask your doctor before the private class begins.

2. Restrictions on use: Before signing this agreement, if members know that they can't use any equipment or exercise in this fitness center for any physical reasons, please inform the personal trainer in advance. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any physical danger or failure to achieve your expected goal.

3. Agreements must be signed column by column (each agreement has a maximum of 50 class hours). Please cancel the unused spaces when signing.

4. Regarding the execution of all agreements: The company is not responsible for the failure to execute this agreement due to the intentional or negligent actions of the company or its employees.
