What is transcendental meditation?
When it comes to transcendental meditation, many people may think of yoga (a meditation and fitness method spread in ancient India) and the self-cultivation of religions such as meditation. In fact, however, transcendental meditation has a broader meaning. It can be understood as a consciousness control method, and its name and method have been changing and developing from ancient times to modern times. Especially recently, with the help of modern medicine, various physiological and psychological effects of this method have been further discovered.

"Transcendental meditation" is actually "thinking with your eyes closed". English is called meditation. However, this alone can't really concentrate, but it will make its senses active and even daydream, which will hinder its concentration.

The difference between "transcendental meditation" and "thinking with eyes closed" here is that transcendental meditation focuses on "self-awareness".

From the concept of "mind", the reason why we are disturbed from time to time is because we are subject to ever-changing external trends or life phenomena. In the face of those ever-changing things, how can you be calm when you are distracted?

Since ancient times, transcendental meditation has played an important role and is the spiritual pillar of outstanding talents. They correct their posture, adjust their breathing, close their eyes and soothe their nerves, examine themselves, control their feelings, concentrate their consciousness on one point and enter the realm of emptiness. This is transcendental meditation. Some religious people, philosophers and martial artists have tried various forms of meditation.

In this way, transcendental meditation coexists with human civilization. It is the key to solve human existence and the most powerful weapon for human beings to control themselves. It seems a pity if it is narrowly regarded as a religious act. It is almost impossible to concentrate, but transcendental meditation, the most ideal method of mind control, gives us this ability and allows us to use our brains most effectively. While applying modern medicine, we might as well accept this convenient and beneficial method of consciousness control. Especially for young people who are facing exams, competition for further studies and intellectual development, almost 100% suffer from the problem of difficulty in concentration. Obtaining this ability through transcendental meditation is a big step towards success.
