Stop dieting
Never let children lose weight by dieting. Doing so will make children miss the necessary nutrition and affect normal growth and development.
Adjust eating habits
We can gradually adjust children's eating habits and help them lose weight. For example, letting children drink a glass of water before meals can increase satiety and reduce appetite. Or give your child a bowl of soup before meals, but avoid being too greasy, so as not to affect the weight loss effect.
Change the diet structure
Overweight children usually prefer high-fat and high-sugar foods, such as big fish and meat, potato chips, biscuits, fruit juice, soda water, cola and other carbonated drinks. For the sake of children's health, this unhealthy diet must be changed.
