Shantou's Xiadaifang, Jinshanger and American Standard underwear brands were recognized as "Guangdong Famous Trademarks". Prior to this, only "Manifen" and "Meisi" brands in the whole underwear industry won this honor. Four of these five underwear brands are from Shantou, indicating that Shantou's underwear industry has gradually completed the transformation from processing to brand. Shantou is one of the largest underwear production bases in the world, controlling 70% of women's underwear production in China, and it is the most perfect area in the global underwear industry chain.
